Savor your coffee or tea with a little treat. Traditionally, this means enjoying fikabröd (fika bread) like a classic, warm cinnamon bun.

While you can fika solo, it is highly social. Use this time to catch up with friends, family, or colleagues, leaving work talk completely behind to clear your mind.
